President Nana Akuffo Addo Cannot Ban That Song 'Whine Your Waist'- Assembly Member Speaks
Following the rumours speculating on social media about the alleged banning of the trending song across the nation "whine your waist " by the president, Mr. Appiah Kusi, assembly member for Buoho spoke on the issue with playhmp3 blog.
According to him, the president has no interest in stopping anyone from playing that song. He said he has not heard the president saying so and think he will never say so .

Ebony was sent to accomplish a mission, thus to win the hearts of living souls - Ebony's Father
In an interview on Kofi TV, Nana Opoku Kwarteng said such superstitious pronouncements were “irritating” and needed to be stopped.
According to him, Ebony was on a mission and once her mission was accomplished she had to go back to give account.
Following the death of the “Maame hw3” hit-maker, some prophets have alluded to having had forewarnings to her death; a claim her father says, are irritating.
“…That is Ghana for you. She was doing what she was supposed to do to win the heart of the masses and that was the brand. That was what she chose. I think Ghanaians talk but that’s ok. Ohemaa was not bad. Her dressing and everything was on point.
“Like I said earlier, mission accomplished. When you are done with your calling, you must go back and give account. She has paid her dues and I wouldn’t want people to attach this superstition to it. I will appreciate if they put an end to it. It’s so irritating. She accomplished her mission.”
Mr Kwarteng also said in the interview that he was yet to see the mortal remains of his daughter and that following that, her body would be brought to Accra for the funeral rites to be carried on.
Ebony, real name Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, died last Thursday in a car crash at Nyamebekyere, near Mankraso in the Ahafo Ano South District of the Ashanti Region.
She died alongside two others, Franky Kuri and Francis Atsu Vondee, when the Jeep vehicle in which they were travelling, collided with a VIP bus around 11:30pm.
Police to invite Shatta Wale over threat to burn down churches
The freedom hit maker threatened to lead the Shatta movement to burn down churches if he survives by December 2018.
His threats follows a prediction by a Kumasi-based Prophet E. K. Mensah of the Christ Vision Prayer Ministry indicating that he will be the next star to die by the end of 2018 if he fails to repent.
It is on the back of this threat that sources in the Police Service is hinting that investigations have be opened into the issue.

Some Ghanaians have been spreading a false news about Ebony's corpse keeper 'Mortuary man'. A few hours ago, a video of the mortuary man playing with Ebony's corpse, circulated on social media. Some Ghanaians who haven't taken their time to read the story, have spread this news in a wrong explanation. Stonebwoy bound to leave Zylofon
The Hero of Ghana’s dancehall, Stonebwoy would be leaving Zylofon Music sooner then expected, a source told ikonzgh.ml
According to the source who spoke to Asembi.com on condition of anonymity, plans are far advanced for the the BHIM Nation and the giant record label to part ways.
“I don’t know details of their contract but definitely it gives room for one to withdraw at anytime. Sometimes contracts are put aside for matters to be handled amicably” – the source said.
The source however refused to give details of what is causing the sudden end of a beautiful working relationship but the grand signing of Shatta Wale by the label could be one of the many factors despite Zylofon Media apologising for the occurrence.
“We apologise to fans of Stonebwoy for that. Nobody intends to give prominence to one over other artiste.” – Sammy Baah, spokesperson for Zylofon Media told Abusuah FM that all artist are their priority and not only Shatta Wale.
The BET award winner was signed in June 2017 at the plush premises of the media company at East Legon.
